I decided to try this out to see if it could help with some chronic health problems I had been experiencing. It’s too early to tell on that front, but after a few days of integration, I can definitively say that I have been able to start processing some old emotional wounds I never thought I would be able to let go of. It seems my body had a different kind of healing in mind for me when I felt drawn to this modality. Sometimes the best thing a person seeking healing can do is trust that the body’s wisdom will lead to the right thing at the right time. Such an amazing experience, I really haven’t felt peace like this in such a long time. With being in nursing school, such a difficult major, I felt like it gave me the clarity I needed.
